I recently returned an item and I'm having some trouble printing the return shipping label. The item didn't match the description and I asked the seller for a return. They had a no return policy, but they expected anyway. I then got 2 messages in my inbox. The first was a link to print the shipping label. The second message said that I had received a refund. The link to print the shipping label isn't working and I don't really want to deal with the seller anymore. What should I do?
(P.S. the seller didn't agree to the return at first and then I provided photos)

Even if the seller has a no returns policy, if you file an Item Not as Described case, they are responsible for paying for return shipping. If the link to print the return label does not work, you may need to download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. Once installed, Adobe will load in order for you to view and print the label (and not your browser's reader).
Depending on the price of return shipping, the seller may not wish to pay it, and instead just issue a Refund without requiring the item's return. To verify, go to your Paypal account to see if a refund has been made. If you paid with a debit/credit card it may take up to 30 days for the refund to show up.

If you really need to print a label, go to pirateship.com, sign up for a free account and you should have no problem to print a label.

I tried you solution, but the same thing happened. I click the link to print and it just redirects me to a blank page and then to a page that says 'you have received a refund'.

If you were refunded you don't do anything.
Throw away the item, leave it in the park, shoot it from a cannon...whatever makes you happiest

Usually when a seller sends a refund before the item was returned, that means that they don't want the item back so that could be why your label won't print. You might want to contact the seller and just confirm that they don't want it back. If the seller is a new seller they might not realize that and you would have to contact them to send a new label as a pdf.

Log in to Paypal and verify the refund. If it's there, you don't need to return the item.
