Can't print an eBayreturn shipping label. Help PLEASE!!

I would like to take this to the post office in a few hours when I go but every time I print the label it comes out on 2 sheets and is WAY to large with printing over the tracking number.  I tried to change the size with my laptop setting and looked good to print but it printed the same large size.  So I do have the tracking number but no label to put on the package.  Anyone else have the same problem and able fix it?  I was able to print 2 labels for orders without any problems.  Thanks for ANY help as sson as I can get it!!!

Not sure about printer settings and all of that stuff since I'm only familiar with my own, but try this:

Send the label to PDF, adjust the size there and then print. That's the only thing I can think of off the top of my head.

Thanks southern*sweet*tea!!! I did try to do the PDF thing and it wouldn't come up. I took the package and what I had to the post office yesterday. I just had the huge tracking number and had hoped that they could print out a label for me from that. Of COURSE that would have been too easy!!!! Was told that they couldn't use that, to take a screen shot of the shipping label and print that out. I couldn't make it happen and after 2 hours of frustration yesterday, I quit. I'll try again today, HOPING to get the label. If not I'm just going to have to pay to send this back. I just don't understand WHY eBay sends a return shipping label we CAN'T print out?!?! Shaking my head and thanks so much for trying.

Right-click on the return label shown on your screen @Anonymous and save it.

Then open the label you saved, and print it.

Thanks so much for your advice and I'll give it a try later when I'm feeling like I can take more frustration. Fingers crossed that your solution is going to work!!!!

I honestly think that your idea would have worked as a solution IF things on eBay had actually been working. I did try it but ended up calling customer service and found out that it was a technical glitch. They had to send me the shipping label in PDF form to my email. All is well and I'll finally be rid of the package today. Thanks to anyone who tried to assist me with my problem!!!!!
