So I'm trying to return a pair of boots that don't fit right. I want to use an eBay mailing label because they are usually cheaper. But it won't generate the label no matter what I do. I keep getting an error. Is this just me? I've tried several browsers and nothing. Even went on my phone and tried to get one sent to me by email. And the email says they are not able to generate a label. But does tell me why!?!

Go back to your computer and download and install the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. Once you do that, you should be able to click on PRINT SHIPPING LABEL to print your return shipping label.

I will try that. But I don't think that is the problem. Even when I use my phone to request an email copy, the email I receive says: We were not able to generate your shipping label. And directs me to go to the return details. And neither place gives me any info on what's going.

Once the seller agrees to the return, you should be seeing the following:
When you click on PRINT RETURN LABEL, a label is displayed (similar to what you see when a seller prints out a label using ebay or Paypal) and then you click the PRINT option.

Thank you for your help. The first image is what I see when I go to the return details page. The second image is what I see when I try to print the label. The second image is what I see when I click on the link to get my label. The third image is the email I get when I ask eBay to send me a label.
Also, I tried this on a completely different computer and made sure Adobe reader was updated by going to Adobe's site. Still same results.
