Can't combine shipping for multiple items on shipment page

You used to be able to select multiple items bought by a buyer on the shipping page, for combined shipment.

Now, I can select the two items on the shipping page, but there is NO OPTION for combining the two items.

Why not?  I could print out the packing slip before with the two items, and then combine the shipping.  Why was this feature stopped?

I saw a post the other day from another user that said you have to use the Bulk shipping tool to combine them.

Ebay has changed this and screwed something else up.  It used to combine multiple items by the same buyer automatically!

Thx Fern.  That worked!    Too many people at ebay sitting around tables changing stuff that wasn't broke!

Spent way too much time trying to figure this out.
