Hi, when I have made previous listings there was always a button underneath the shipping selection that said something like "Add a second shipping service". Since eBay recently updated the listing layout that button is gone though. It doesn't show up when I click "View all shipping services" either. I don't have any business policies enabled. How can I still add multiple shipping services to a listing?
@trre5111 Try this: On the Shipping section, click Edit All Options, scroll all the way down. You'll see + Add Shipping Service. Click that and you should be able to add to it.

@pikabo-icu This definitely seems like the issue, but I don't have the "Switch to business tool" button on my listing. I saw some other stuff about the advanced listing tool when trying to troubleshoot this but I can't figure out how to access it; the option doesn't show up if I create a listing from the Seller Hub either. Do you know if there's something I need to do to enable it?
@pikabo-icu I actually just figured that second part out. Apparently I had been taking links to the Seller Hub listings without ever actually opting in on the landing page. Once I did that I was able to open the draft with the business tool and I can add a second shipping option. Thanks so much for the help!
