I accepted a return request earlier today from a buyer, and started to process sending a shipping label. However, I got interrupted and was going to come back later to finish sending the label. Now in my Return Dashboard, it doesn't show an option to send the label any more?

The status now shows as "You provided return information". Does that mean the shipping label was sent to the buyer or not??

Fortunately for me, the item IS working correctly...the buyer just missed a step in the set-up instructions. Case now closed. ![]()
For future, reference, does eBay send like a link for the buyer to print the shipping label, and my Paypal gets charged when the do so? The process wasn't very clear to me.
