I bought an Iphone 8 plus from a seller and after christmas she decided she didn't want it. The ebay auction is listing a 30 day return policy, however he is not in the text of his auction. It says the following towards the bottom of the listing.
30 days Money Back Seller pays for return shipping.
My question is can he refuse a non-defective return, even if it says a 30-day return policy?

He will accept a 'non-defective' return SINCE he has a 30-day return policy. Package it carefully if you send it back!

What date did you receive this phone? That determines when the 30 day return date window ends.

"Sellers can only decline your return request if you changed your mind about an item and they stated in the listing that they don't accept returns, or if you missed the seller's deadline to start a return.
