Can I cancel a return and then redo the return?

I submitted a return and accidentally chose that I do not like the item when in fact, the item looked NOTHING like the picture. Now I cannot do a claim because of this mistake. Can I cancel the return and then redo the return with the right reason?

No, they don't allow 'do-overs'. You can still return the item, but you'll not get a refund for the s&h fees.

Hm, worst-case scenario, you can't. However, if you paid with PayPal, you can wait like a month and open a case there.
