I have always used fixed shipping in my listings (using the eBay rates) . I'd like to start using calculated shipping but the calculated uses retail USPS rates and can be WAY more expensive tha the eBay rates making my item(s) more expensive compared to others listed. Is there any way to have the calculated shipping use the eBay rates and not the retail USPS rate?

You can go to your Account Settings/Selling/Shipping Preferences and scroll down to 'Shipping discount settings'. If you tick that, you'll have a selection to make your listings show Retail or Discounted rates. Choose your preference then Save. Good luck.
Nothing wrong with showing Retail... shipping (time, materials, FVFs, etc.) costs money. But choose your preference. 🙌
