Buying UPS labels-NON ebay item

I think the answer will be no, but here goes...

Can I purchase a shipping label for something I did not sell on ebay (or sell at all) and get their reduced rates for Ebay purchases?

I would suggest pirate ship or I believe you can still ship on PayPal. Prices do vary, so check. No you cannot do that on ebay.

Shipping labels on eBay can only be generated for a sale that originates on eBay. 
You can go to pirate ship.com to create ups shipping labels.

The option on PayPal no longer exists (at least it doesn't work for me).  I have said for a long time that this would be a nice addition.  I ship items to my parents and hate going to the PO and paying 'full price'.

I also vote for PS. Once you start to use them, especially for ebay, you may never look back.
