How do you delete the pop-up "Buying labels is now easier than ever"?

Most browsers and ad-blocking software allow you to block pop-ups.

True, but this is a recent irritant that eBay for some silly reason cannot get to appear only once, but instead is popping up over and over and over again. Having an ad-blocker package is useful, but I would rather that eBay address the problem that they themselves are creating.

I’m having the same problem. Very annoying to close it every time.  

Also my “ship next item” option no longer works,  it just takes me back to the item I just shipped which already has a label instead of taking me to the next item that needs shipping to be purchased. Hoping to find some answers here. Thanks.
