I had a buyer just purchase from me, and I’m a little skeptical as they have 0 reviews and joined 2020. Aside from that which I’m not too worried about, is that their address that is provided for shipping is the address for a Post Office. Should i be good to send it? It has no PO Box # on it. I don’t want to get scammed.

It is possible to send to a street addressed post office that offers that service. Usually their is a box or unit number included.

As noted in the other post, USPS allows PO Box holders to use street address shipping, but they must add their PO Box as the unit number. There's even a specific format for it.

But without that unit number, perhaps they are planning to use General Delivery; I don't know whether that's acceptable to their PO.
I recommend that you contact the buyer and ask them if they left off their box number.

Also depends on the size of the town. If you send something to me, you can just use my name and city, and I will get it at the PO(if USPS), or Fed Ex/UPS will always find me - if they don't, they will drop it off at the PO.
Small towns are the best!

Maybe the buyer is an employee of the USPS and works in that building. People have items sent to their work places all the time.

Your defense against an Item Not Received dispute is to ship to the address received with the payment, and when that shows a Delivered status, your shipping obligation is complete.
I'm not sure how you discovered that the buyer's address is a post office unless you Googled their address, which I would not bother doing. That can lead to more questions than answers.

My little town does not deliver to the house, we get a free PO box and pick up all our mail there.

The post office requires verification of address

Doesn't work at my "small town office". No "free" last mile delivery.
They have even been instruct to RTS USPS mail that is not properly addressed. Instructed to "expend no effort" to determine where to deliver.
