Buyer with US shipping address and country changes

I just started my eBay selling account last week. I had a buyer make an offer on one of my items. However, this buyer is new to eBay, has no feedback, has what looks like an incomplete United States mailing address but country/location keeps changing back and forth from “Maylasia” to “ United States.” I really think it is a scammer as I had something similar happen on Friday and it was flagged by eBay. I am afraid if I accept the offer it will be bad and I’m afraid if I decline it they will leave negative feedback. What do you do in this situation? Thank you!

Only a buyer can leave feedback for sellers.  So, if he does not buy it, he cannot leave you any FB.

BTW...you may want to block that person from purchasing anything from you...

You don't have to accept any offers. Just block them like hurryagain said if you don't trust them.
