I am just curious how other would handle this customer, i have a customer that is asking a lot of questions, that i have answered in the description and asking for more pics of pics that are already there, they just want as many pics i can send them. Now after sending all the pics and answering all the questions that could be answered from the listing. now he is telling me the pics are to small for him to see, on the listing and also pic i send him. Now he wants to buy two items and have the shipping be the cost of one. now these are over 30 inches long and will add several pounds, no wat to flat rate it. I told him i can combine shipping but i cant ship for the price of one. I have not heard back. i looked thru his feedback and seen he dont really leave negatives but a few neutrals cause of shipping costs and also has a ton of good feedback left but nit picks the packaging and items apart. there green but read as negative. I also looked to see if a seller left a green but like a warning message, you see them time to time of pain in the but customers none that i could see. My gut is saying block and carry on but he is polite and nice about everything. he has also asked questions before and has never bought anything. i am curious if others would block or not, i am not doing what he said but will combine. also to help get idea on profit, its two 20 dollars items they will be large over 30 inches. package will be 4lbs and addition item is about 2.5lbs and going from east coast to west coast diagonally, about as far as it gets. with that info just curious if others would follow thru with buyer or block. also do the deal for shipping is not a option, combined shipping is.

Some people just require a lot of hand holding, I'm sure you know of some in your personal life. Personally, if I have the time, I will go along and try to please the buyer. I've done it before, and it has worked out for both of us. The buyer is pleased because they got extra attention, which is somewhat the desire. If I don't have the time, I would simply block him and move on. It depends on how my schedule is at that time in my life. Best of luck to you....

Continue to read the buyer's reply to you. If the buyer's reasons cannot convince you, you will stop him.

Tell him that you can't combine those other items because they are too big and you do not have boxes big enough for all of those items. Do NOT send him another invoice because the clock restarts. After 96 hours and 1 minute have passed, cancel the sale with buyer did NOT pay , block and relist.
It's one thing to give a little extra to a buyer but they are wanting big items and when they start to ask for extra photos, that's it for me. This is a buyer that is a pain in the butt. I know that ebay makes the photos tiny. You, as a seller, can't make them bigger. Tell the buyer to look at the photos on a desktop. Tell him that the other items must ship by themselves since you do not store huge boxes in your home.

Yeah i think you are right on this one, he bought it while i typed this up. We will see, he def needs attention. he bailed on the 2nd item. getting this thing on the road ASAP!!! I will do a follow up and thanks for telling me how you would handle its.
I dont think there is a need to write up response to everyone. I think i am going to post yours as the best answer cause never thought of it that way, some people the most important part is the attention and feeling like they got a personal service.
