I have a buyer that would like me to cancel two items on a multiple item purchase after they have paid. I don't see a way to cancel single items from a completed order. On single item purchases, there is a tab down to cancel orders but not on multiples. Only the entire order can be cancelled. If there is a way to do this, please share. Thanks

Cancel entire order, refund and relist and have the buyer buy what they want again.

The easy way is to cancel the entire order as buyer requested. Relist and your buyer can now purchase what they actually want. This way you won't lose out on the entire transaction. If the buyer is already unhappy and wants to make changes BEFORE you even ship, why would you continue to follow through? Best of luck to you....
