Many people was bidding and he won, and now want return of the reason as the item was described. I wrote to him in case he didn't answer nothing, in a case which he made he gave a reference number, for shipping, which is not working, basically i can't check if the item was sended.,what should I do?

Re: Buyer want return

Did buyer file an INAD, if so, did you accept the return and provide a return shipping lable?

Once buyer ships the item back, it should so on the case that it is being returned.

Have a great day.

Re: Buyer want return

What is INAD? I'm new I'm sorry. No i didn't accept because as I said his reason is damaged item, but in description of the item it was described as damaged, so he knew what he is buying. There is no contact with the buyer as well, he don't answer for any message, just made a case.

Item Not As Described

When a buyer files an INAD, you need to accept the return and provide return shipping and give a full refund once the item is returned.

Ebay gives you 3 to accept the return and provide return shipping, if you don't, buyer can ask Ebay to step in and they might refund buyer from your pay Pal account and let them keep the item.

Have a great day.

Re: Buyer want return

An INAD is an 'Item Not As Described' Case and the buyer has marked the reason as 'defective' or 'doesn't work'. A buyer can open this case to get a refund from you. If the buyer has opened an INAD, you should issue a return shipping label for the buyer to use to get the item back to you. When it is returned, you can issue a refund.

If you do not send a return shipping label, the buyer can end up getting a refund (after a few days) and keeping your item, too. Usually, eBay will stand on the buyer's side. It doesn't seem fair (especially since you sold it for 'parts'), but it may get you the item back, at least.

It's pretty certain the buyer will get a refund, whether you want to issue one or not.

Re: Buyer want return

You have to figure that out with the buyer. Since they aren't responding, it's not really an option for you. Now  that you've denied the return request, I think you're going to see the buyer refunded and keeping your item. And you probably won't ever hear from the buyer. Sorry

Re: Buyer want return

A good question. I don't think buyers who abuse the Money Back Guarantee deserve anything. Although they (or you) may request a partial refund, in my mind that is still rewarding them.

But... if you do that, you also lose the fees (as well as your refund) and will never get your item back.

I've played it both ways, depending on my situation and the situation of the whole sale... so I won't fault you for your decision. But it is more likely that if you don't react in some way, you'll lose the whole sale and the whole item.

It's really like being stuck between a hard place and a harder place. Sorry it happened to you.

Re: Buyer want return

Your item is already on its way back to you @smartdealzuk, so not sure why you're getting all this unusable advice?

It's possible that that return tracking number is a stand-in, another exploit, and that your buyer will replace that stand-in with the real tracking number when it finally has been delivered to your zip code.

Re: Buyer want return

Yes I accepted a return already but the problem now is, that after I did this, buyer sended a message that he agreed with my decision of not accepting a return and he is not gonna send the item, he said that after I accept a return, so what now if he is not gonna send it?

Re: Buyer want return

Buter still didn't send an item back I've got today this message from eBay.

"Hello

Buyerdicated that they posted their return. The item should now be delivered and once you've received it, please issue the buyer with a refund by 27 Feb, 2020.

When the refund is complete, you'll automatically receive a credit for the final value fee and other applicable fees.

If the item hasn't arrived yet, the buyer may not be returning it. if you like, you can contact the buyer If you can't reach a resolution, you can ask us to step in and help"

The buyer will not return the item. He answered for me but he didn't close the case, should I cask ebay to step in already or still wait till the case will not close autkatucly, what if the day 27th will come and I'm not gonna issue a refund?

Re: Buyer want return

If there is no tracking number showing a package is on the way you can either phone ebay to close the return or wait until it times out...approximately 30 days.  They won’t issue a refund unless tracking shows the it was delivered back to you.

Re: Buyer want return

Do not contact your buyer again @smartdealzuk to find out if they're returning. And do not tell eBay to step in it: You will likely get a defect if your rep misunderstands.

Instead, wait for the return request to automatically close after 21 business days.
