Buyer shipped return before I issued label

I accepted a return, but the buyer said she has already shipped at her expense. The return details say I have 2 days to issue her a label or Ebay will do it and charge me for it. I was perfectly willing to pay the return shipping but what do I do now that no label is needed or wanted?

If the item is returned to you before the deadline, issue a refund.

If the item doesn't get returned to you before the deadline, approve the return label.

You can approve the label now, eBay won’t charge you for it unless the buyer uses it.
