Buyer selects USPS Parcel Select Ground and I cannot even ship that on ebay?

My buyer selected parcel select and that is not even a shipping option via eBay label print. In fact they upcharge me for priority???

The listing for the bobblehead offered Parcel Select Ground as the shipping method. It should be available on eBay labels, not sure why you wouldn't have it.  But you might want to use Priority Mail instead.  Usually they cost about the same. If you're a Top Rated Seller, then Priority is probably cheaper.

For most light weight items, priority and ground are usually only a few cents apart.

And priority offers $50 free insurance.

That said, you can create the ground label on PayPal and upload the tracking number to eBay.

I am not a new seller but a new eBay store owner and I am having this issue as well! My buyer would have saved $2 if the option chosen for ground was available! The only options available at the time of purchasing my label was Priority or Fed Ex. Luckily I wasn't out any money this time but I did lose my behind in a purchase yesterday. You are not alone in having this happen!

Import your eBay order there and print label.

You should always have a backup for eBay!
