Buyer selected shipping option doesn't show up when I print my shipping label.

I'm selling on ebay.ca, and a buyer recently just purchased one of my listings. He selected UPS Worldwide Expedited. However, when I tried to print the shipping label, I only get options for Canada Post International and nothing else. No FedEx no UPS. 

What should I do? How do I get the UPS shipping options to show up? 

I really apologize if this is a common question, but I couldn't find any answers when I googled it and this is also my first time making a sale outside of Canada/USA (which I used Canada Post for).

I don't see UPS or FedEx offered in the listing.

The buyer can't select a service that was not offered in the listing.

Ooh how did you know it was the iPhone?

I was talking about the iPhone 12 that I sold, which had shipping to Canada USA and Japan. Someone from Japan bought it and selected the UPS shipping but when I go to print the shipping label I can only see Canada Post services.
