Fairly new seller on eBay and have only had one bad experience with a buyer. I’m a little baffled of what I should do I’m this situation. I sent the buyer his package in a batch I had to send off to the post office. I first had a bit of a concern when all the packages were delivered a day before the package in question was delivered and to add to the confusion, the buyer had left a positive feedback. But the tracking number said it departed a regional facility. Today I come to check and the status has updated to “Refused.” I have seen some posts about this, but I haven’t seen one where the buyer leaves positive feedback saying he received It when he couldn’t have, then rejecting the parcel. I’m a bit lost at what I should do. Should I wait till I have the parcel in my hands and wait for buyer to contact me or open up a dispute? (Note, my listing is set to returns not accepted). Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

@dlopez603 As has been stated, the MBG is void for the buyer if they refuse a package and tracking shows "refused" in the tracking details.
Do nothing until you receive the package back. Once you have the item and have confirmed that it is indeed, the same item sent and in the same condition, you can do a partial refund through PayPal deducting the shipping costs and FVFs.

In the past if a Buyer refused a package it automatically voided the Money Back Guarantee.
I would wait for someone more versed on this to respond though as I am not up to date on the current rules with all of the changes that have been made.

I think I might recived the package on Monday or Tuesday. The buyer still hasn't said anything to me and I'm a bit hesitant to say anything as well. I hope someone else posts something soon...

I would wait until the buyer contacts you in whatever way that would be. I have had the strangest things happen. Last year an expensive halloweeen costume was returned to me Undelivered over a month after I sent it. I never heard from the buyer. All kinds of things happen. That was just one example. I take the issues as they heppen and then go from there.
