Buyer provided wrong address, item was refused and returned to me

I sold an item back on March 8 and shipped it out on March 9 and it showed delivered on March 13. The buyer messaged me and said they had put the wrong address in and after looking at the tracking information it shows delivered, then refused and was being shipped back to me. I got the item back yesterday. The buyer messaged me and wants to have it reshipped to another address and asked how much it would be.  Is my best option to just refund and relist and have the buyer just do a buy it now to rebuy the item with the correct address? Or buy a new label with the updated address and resend to the buyer that way? I’m just trying to make sure I’m covered and don’t end up losing out on my money or item.

Package refusal voids the buyer protection. Keep copies of that and all their messages. You can find out how much it is to reship and have them use the sand money tab in paypal to pay it if they want it reshipped.

If you get these @darkmider THEY ARE FAKE! Don't try to use them to buy that return label.
