So this buyer opened a return case because my item was not as described and we talked about it and he claimed I sent him the wrong size, the size I sent was correct and it was a size 7Y, he said he bought a mens size 7 which is the same thing when it comes to Jordans. Anyway, knowing this I expected to win the case and contacted Ebay, they said just wait some business days for the case to close and it will be closed in my favor, so I waited and completely forgot. Today I was checking some past sales and I see a message next to the item that the buyer had won the case and received a refund. Normally I wouldn't make it such a big deal only it's been 20 days since then and the buyer never shipped the item back to me. So should I be concerned? I contacted Ebay and they said that I would receive a message from them in 24-48 hours but that usually never happens. Anything I can do here?

Do any of the following @rizwakha_1acxo apply to your deal?
- The return request was opened because the item was not as described
- The seller chooses not to accept the return request
- The seller did not provide a return label

Did you provide a return shipping label to the buyer?

That's when you lost the case, item and money.
When a buyer files an INAD, never contact Ebay until you have your item back and buyer refunded.
