Hello, just had a buyer purchase an item but made a mistake and selected local pickup.

He wants it shipped. How do I correct this?

Cancel the original sale and relist it... he'll need to purchase it again, this time selecting the correct option.

Ask them to cancel the current order and refund it and start with a new one

Why can't I purchase a discounted Shipping Label as a seller, when the buyer wrongfully selected "Local Pickup" on the order?

Can I edit the order on the invoice or in my ebay admin to allow shipping? This is so frustrating & has to be a way to purchase discounted shipping?
