Buyer hasn’t returned an item I accepted return on.

I sold an item. The buyer requested to return it and it’s been 30 days and I still haven’t received the item back. I have been going though all the eBay support areas and I am getting nowhere. Please advise what I should do as I have gone to the resolution center and can’t even get it to do why I need. Thanks!

@iatuleck-0   If you can not close the case in the Resolution center you will have to go through the Help & Contact link at the bottom of the page and try to get in touch with eBay and have the case closed in your favor.

With the Spring update, eBay will not close an abandoned return, even if you hand sanitizer reach out to eBay.

30 days ago, eBay was still on the pandemic-extended return timeline, which gives the buyer 21 business days to mail the return, then another 15 business days to check for a pulse scan. After that, the return quietly closes on its own.
