Buyer has not received item

Hello, 

Quick question…I shipped an item out in January 5th, priority to MS…they still have not yet received it …they filed through EBay that they have not received the item and now eBay is holding the funds…buyer never contact me. The item has stalled tracking  information from the 7th. Now, how long does eBay wait to see if this person receives the item. I shipped it..no longer have it. eBay is pretty quick to side with buyers…I’ll be without an item and the money. I did respond to the buyer..have not heard back.

Sorry, I know I’m rambling…just annoyed!

If tracking has updated in the last 10 days, they might put the case on hold for a few days.

No tracking updates, they'll probably refund the buyer.

I did respond to the buyer..have not heard back.

Make sure that you also respond to the case, if an Item Not Received claim has been opened. Upload your tracking there.

Buyer filed a 'Did Not Recieve'

Seller needs to input the tracking number by the 'response date' shown.

Ebay will let you know when/if it's time to refund. Sometimes they message the buyer back to 'wait' a bit, sometimes not.

Either way; when ebay says 'refund'; you need to do it or you could lose your selling priveledges.
