He said item never arrives, I lost tracking, I later find it in process I send second item thinking I am out of luck since I didnt add tracking number. I find tracking and add and low and behold, shows delivered!
Has the Second item arrived yet? If not, you might be able to intercept the package and have it returned to you - the service is not free - but may be worth it if it is one of your larger sales.
