I had someone buy one item from me and paid shipping. She bought a second item the same day and wanted to do local pickup because we lived close by. She wants to pick up both items. The second item I was able to change to local pickup and I understand I can scan the QR code. I am not sure what to about the 1st item. I did print the shipping label, but can you show that it was delivered? Once I receive a review from the buyer will that verify it was delivered? From what I understand Ebay will hold the money for 20+ days to verify there are no issues. Thanks for the help.

You would have no proof of delivery with no tracking. The buyer can then claim she never received the item. Your bet bet is to cancel that item with problem with buyers address, you wont get a defect. Then relist it for her with local pick up only.

If you go to ebay help pages. Sounbds like a reasonable option
https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/posting-items/setting-postage-options/local-pickup?id=4181
There is an option:
If the buyer doesn't have the QR code available, ask them for the 6-digit code they received through email and
If you don't want to use the app, ask the buyer to sign a copy of the eBay order form at the time of pickup.
You can then refund the postage and cancel the label

If the item was not listed as a pick up only item, the buyer will not receive a 'six digit code' in an email.
