Buyer gave me wrong shipping address!! Tracking shows no such address!

USPS tried to deliver the package but tracking says no such address? Now am I going to have to reship this item out of my pocket, if it is returned to me? Buyer says the wrong address was a  mistake she made! I have never had this happen before! Help!

Reshipping is your buyer's responsibility @cs497kcpope. Send your buyer a PayPal invoice for the additional shipping.

Otherwise, refund your buyer's payment, less the original shipping and your FVF/PayPal fees.

Although if I refund the buyer wont that be a strike against me? Like a returned item is?

eBay has stated here on the boards that if the partial refund at PayPal is under 85% of the payment, you won't be considered for an Out-of-Stock defect.

But DO NOT print another label from eBay: That will count as late shipping. Print at PayPal or buy elsewhere instead.
