Buyer didn't include apt #. Item shipped back to me. How do I charge the buyer again for shipping?

The buyer paid, i shipped, the item was shipped back to me. The buyer has noted that this was their fault and is willing to pay for shipping again and has requested an invoice for the additional shipping charge. I cannot find the "Send an invoice" option on my sold page dropdown menu. I'm stuck. How do I invoice the customer who has been more than accepting of the issue, I've been trying to find a solution but cannot find any resolution. Any help is much appreciated.

there is no 'ask for $ ' on Managed Payments (was on PP). You'll have to just pay it and ship again or cancel, refund, relist adding the additional shipping $ and then tell the buyer the 'item number' and tell them to buy it again.

You will most likely end up having to ask them to pay via PayPal.

Before you do this, I recommend that you chat with an eBay rep first so you have a conversation trail to cover your tracks. This was recommended to me in a similar situation.

Just had a similar case.

I contacted CS and they told me to ask the buyer from their email and send an invoice through Paypal. Once you have made the sale asking for an email is not a violation. Did that and they just paid,.
