I don't bother printing labels on stuff where I save less than a buck, or on Media Mail where there is no discount, which also gives me the excuse to go to the counter and get the prepaid labels scanned in with my transaction.
I have them email me a receipt so I can copy and paste tracking into the box on the eBay page when needed, it eliminated the potential for typos which burned me a few times.
Well, I got a new card a few months ago and on the first use the clerk entered the email address and left out a letter, so it's incorrect.
Ever since no matter what it comes up that same incorrect email, I cannot change it. Clerks have entered it on their side, I have typed it out on the pin pad, and nothing. Nobody knows how to fix it. It's a pain to type it in every time.
Anybody have an idea if there is a way to reset or correct this in their system?

Perhaps contact USPS Customer Support? They are really helpful and I had a positive experience with them when they helped me out. I'm sure they can fix the email issue 🙂

Did you contact the 1800 number? They were helpful over the phone with me
