Buyer claims fake on t-shirts....

I just had a case opened last night on some tees I sold in a lot (2 for $20 w/free shipping). The buyer claims these aren't real, because they have these same brand tees (SMET t-shirts in a L) and these tees, "fit like a kid's, or a woman's small".  No, they don't, they are a woman's.  I put them up to me, and the length and width were appropriate.  Besides, do they fit like a kid's, or a woman's?  Make up your mind.  She also claims that the tags are different.  I have a picture of those in the listing too.

Before anyone says anything about measurements, I have returns on things with measurements for not fitting, "like the other things in that brand".  She's left a neg for another seller claiming that item was fake too, and received a neg for the same thing as a seller.  I knew it was a fit issue/remorse case when she claimed they were fake.  I think the $20 isn't worth calling, but I'm sick of getting dinged because these people can't read, or ask a question, or look at the pics.  What are the chances if I call Mon/Tues I can get this closed in my favor?

Fraudulent SNAD returns are rampant on eBay now. I wrote back in Nov 2016 (on this id) on how to fight one (its a long read). Since they are saying it "fit(s) like a kid's, or a woman's small", that IS buyers remorse by eBay's definition. It looks like you don't accept returns (which is in your favor). You also don't seem to put measurements on your listings. Without measurements, your going to get SNAD returns, that's just a fact of life. This is especially true if you sell "used" clothing as you may not know the care history (i.e. shrinkage). I would call and give it a try, you have 3 days so why not.

Thanks, but I did address whenever I do put in measurements, people don't read them and about the other woman claiming the item didn't fit the same as items from that brand, despite me having measurements.  thankfully she opened a remorse because there was no way she could get away with a SNAD.  These were NWT tees as I also mentioned.  This just sucks because it's so obvious and ebay encourages the you know what out of this.

Re: Buyer claims fake on t-shirts....

If your return policy on the listing was returns accepted you have no choice but to accept the return.

It's worth a shot but I wouldn't bet my life on it.

You didn't say anything about the return policy on the listing in the OP. You said you have a return policy on items with measurements. Provide the pertinent details next time, no one should be expected to look up information. Got it? Good!

Lack of measurements make this kind of case easy for buyers to win.

Geeze, hostile much?  I wasn't even talking to you.  I didn't say I have a return policy on items with measurements.  Again, all you.  Besides, I look up information to help others.  Seeing as you couldn't be bothered to read what I did post here and others, I think you can go clean the egg off your face.  normally I like following you and your advice, but this makes you look crazy.  Take a pill.

Re: Buyer claims fake on t-shirts....

I do have measurements as I mentioned before in many listings.  The problem is, I've lost cases because the buyers claimed the measurements were wrong.  Then, people don't read the listings to see the measurements.  Measurements are now becoming moot.

Here is a clip from your OP ", I have returns on things with measurements for not fitting, "like the other things in that brand".

Might help if you had your story straight . I believe you owe an apology to some responders .

Re: Buyer claims fake on t-shirts....

Just my opinion and while I know you don't accept returns, I am loathe to call ebay about anything.  It is pure torture and I avoid it whenever I can.

For 2 tees that probably cost you a whopping $2.77 to ship, I would accept the return and call it a day.  I personally don't go to battle over piddly issue like this.  Just not worth it.   I'd get it back and relist it.
