Buyer chose domestic shipping for international shipping

I have made my first sale on Ebay today.

I was very happy to see that, but I've been having a lot of problems with shipping one of them being that, I live in Lithuania , and it's clearly set as my address on my Ebay account, but somehow a buyer from the US has managed to buy domestic shipping. Could anyone care to explain how this works?

I can't figure it out myself and, I probably won't be able to ship out the item , given that Im not in the US.

Thanks in advance!

When you list on the .com site, home base US, "domestic" shipping is to a US address no matter where you are shipping from.

Shipping anywhere outside the US, including to your own country of Lithuania, is handled as "international" shipping.

The shipping section on your listings is all wrong. You're offering FedEx Ground Economy and USPS Media Mail on a jacket. First of all you should never select USPS Media Mail for items that don't qualify (books, music, etc) - but you should never offer USPS when you can't ship with USPS. Nor should you offer any US service when shipping from outside the US.

Go to your listings and revise them. For domestic shipping you need to enter a flat rate that will cover shipping to the US and choose the option "Economy Shipping from Outside the US" (or Standard if your transit time is shorter).

To Lithuania and anywhere else you set that up under international shipping options.

Walk without rhythm, it won't attract the worm.

You can't ship clothing Media Mail.

Have a great day.
