This right here shows EXACTLY the level of customer service eBay provides to sellers. This buyer asked for items that were NOT even included in the listing. Ebay has now made a final decision regarding this case. Buyer's favor of course. Apparently now a buyer can ask for anything extra to be provided by the seller and we have to comply or eBay will force us tom accept the return, refund the buyer, AND give us a defect on our accounts. Anyone else find a problem with this??

The way eBay has set up the return policy is that when a buyer opens up a claim for Not As Described the seller loses. All you can do is accept the return and provide a return shipping label. eBay doesn't care!!!!! However you need to report the buyer for filing a false claim i.e. demanding items not included in the listing, and then block this buyer from making further purchases from you.
