Buyer Cancled Order

So a buyer bought an item from me and I shipped it out yesterday so it's on its way to buyer. He messaged me 5 mins ago saying he wants to cancel his order. What do I do?

You tell him it has been shipped and give him the tracking information.  Tell him he can return it and you will refund his payment when you have received it back.  You do not have to accept the cancellation, but when sellers deny them, lots of major hassles most often come out of it.  He will most likely make a Not As Described claim, in which case you will be forced to pay for the return shipping.  It is better to agree in the first place.
