Business Policies - listing doesn't change on Android but I changes on iOS eBay app

Hi

I tried changing selling price using Andriod add and nothing changed, but when I changed selling price on iOS, the business policies created a new postage policy... Firstly we can't create, amend or do anything with business policies and now making changed using app messes up policies.

eBay please this as soon as possible
