Bulk label printing error Error generating scan form

Anyone Have this problem before? It wont let me generate scan forms.. 2 days in a row now.. Annoying.. Is this an ebay issue or from my end? Generate Scan formd..

There is a known sitewide issue for this and you can reach out to our customer support here and let them know that you are running into ALERT13855. They will be able to get your account added to the ticket to help resolve this issue.
