How do I bulk edit handling time for 3000+ listings without clicking the box on the left of each listing and editing only 200 listings at a time?

Click the box on the left. Then when you click "edit" a drop down box will open that offers:

edit selected

edit all

Just click edit all. That will override the 200 choice.

But be aware that, experience has shown, if you try to edit too many at once it may freeze up on you.

going to the bulk listing and using that drop down menu only allows a maximum of 500 at a time. This is what it read:
Edit selected
Edit listings 1 - 500
Edit listings 501 - 1000
Edit listings 1001 - 1500
Edit listings 1501 - 2000
Edit listings 2001 - 2500
Edit listings 2501 - 3000
Edit listings 3001 - 3031

Oops, you're right.

Nonetheless, my caution about trying to edit too many items at a time still stands. I have had it freeze up on me if I am trying to make too many changes.

A simple one change to everything usually works. but if i try to make multiple changes I have had it crash.
