Hi,
I am having an issue with bulk shipping that started last week and wanted to see if anyone has been experiencing anything similar.
When I print out labels for multiple orders, lets say for example 2...The bulk shipping page is showing 10 old orders to purchase shipping for. I have to use the 'remove' button to delete the old orders that are showing on the list to print out the ones that are pending shipment. When I receive additional orders, the old orders populate on the list again.
The old orders that are populating on bulk shipping are not on the 'awaiting shipping' page..so I am assuming there is some sort of bug in the system?
Any thoughts?

Same here, and when I called customer service they seem not to understand what is going on. I noticed the problem too late and had shipped six orders again, some of which has been shipped and delivered couple weeks ago.

Same here, it wants me to ship up to 73 old labels from February every time I use bulk shipping, I have to remove them manually. Customer Service told me it could take anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 weeks to fix.

Any solutions? Same issue. Makes it extremely troubling when selling quantity of the same item.

I am having this issue as well for orders starting at the end of March. Not all, but some. Possibly related, I have a bunch of orders come up "Awaiting feedback" that I have already left feedback for. I have tried resetting cache/cookies, and logging into a different browser. Would love a solution to these issues.

Since every person is just writing that they are suffering from the same problem, I guess there is no solution to this. One person said that their eBay representative said it takes 2-6 weeks. Another seller said they are still being asked to ship items from February (which is 8-9 weeks). I too have items that I sold on February 24th (8.5 weeks ago) that I am still being asked to ship, even though my customer has received the item on February 28th (8 weeks ago) and left positive feedback almost 2 months ago. It is amazing that eBay can not correct this problem.

These bugs always seem to turn up when ever they have these banners of "new and exciting features coming"! Which is every few weeks ..
Surprised there was no mention of the awaiting shipment page which has the total $ amount off... it got me excited until I realized I only had one order but hundreds of more $ showing. It apparently is adding invisible shipments - the ones that come up on the bulk shipping page to the total! Still have not seemed to find a correlation in the same old orders that have been populating the shipping page for the last month..

We're having the same issue. I wonder how many of our customers have received duplicate shipments from us due to eBay's incompetence - all at our expense! This needs to be fixed or at least a post a big warning when we are on the review purchase page that labels have already been purchased for some items.

Same here,,,,but it is not adding the NEW orders?????? I delete the old orders and then sing out of the page but when I bring it back it only has old orders on it. (I don't get it)

I have been having similar issues in Bulk Shipping since at least July 2022, where when I purchase shipping labels in bulk shipping the system will not prompt me to print my labels, so I manually click on print labels still wile in bulk shipping, and when the labels come up to print they are in wrong format to print with my thermal printer, and at this point no matter what setting I change nothing fixes this!
Finally, I have to click on manage shipping labels, then have to print them one at a time, and this can get confusing when printing one at a time with 20+ labels to print.
I contacted eBay again today; this is about the 6th time for same issue and was told again they would contact IT about the issue.
Lastly, I actually reformatted my hard drive and reinstalled new OP system over the weekend, on my main computer I use for eBay, I did not re-install Google Chrom; this time, and I'm only using MS Edge Browser, and today still same exact issue!
