Bulk REPRINT shipping labels

can you reprint more than 1 shipping label at a time?

i bulk printed 100 labels and instead of coming to this page i got an error message. i was still charged for the labels but there was nothing there to print the labels (no print label button, just page with error message). is there a way to bulk reprint or do i now have the joy of reprinting 1 by 1?

also you might not want to print 100 labels at a time.. i printed 50 and 24 with no problem but error occurred printing 100.

Just curious - how do you get into a situation of needing to reprint that many labels? Are you printing them before you get paid?

Yes, you can bulk reprint. On your Orders page you'll see an option on the left that says Shipping Labels. From that page, find one of the orders and click the reprint option from the actions drop down on the left. The entire batch of labels from that bulk creation should regenerate so you can download or print. I see you posted this yesterday. I hope this info isn't too late to help, @miamigotsoul.

Yup I saw that today. Thank God! Even the ebay rep did not know this and told me it wants possible.

I just figured it out a few weeks ago by accident. I ran into pretty much the same issue you did. I bulk generated labels, but the page to print/download did not load. I got a page saying shipping labels couldn't be generated instead. Then I got an e-mail confirming the charges for the labels. I knew I could reprint from my shipping labels page. I went there and after clicking on the first label then the download button, I opened the PDF to find all labels from that bulk session were included.

They just changed this so it is no longer an option. Now you have to print one by one. It's brutal...

Just found this post in an attempt to find out a way to do the old bulk print when a batch of 80 failed on me! I guess I'm printing them one by one. But make sure to leave a comment in the "Tell us what you think" link at the top of the labels page so they add this "batch reprint" option back in. I can imagine there's people getting slaughtered by this DAILY! 😠

Bulk label reprinting ended sometime last week.   I can no longer us multi order shipping

Hey devon@ebay - bulk label RE-printing is no longer working. Is this a tech error or an intended design change by eBay? See 3 posts above mine from sellers reporting issues since 9/28.

Anything you can do with regards to this matter would be great.....besides the 4x6 thermal label orientation issue that's been dragging on north of 8 months now......the lack of the work around be bulk reprinting have me completely unable to use multi-order shipping

Hey @paraquip! The Shipping Team did have an update to share and they did say this is a known issue that they are looking into right now.

Awesome Devon@ebay !   FYI I was the one of the sellers in the forums you hosted  for the ebay open.....you know the one with the biggest mouth. 🙂

If you could mention to them to fix or get an explanation provided for the landscape shipping on 4x6 labels that would be awesome.

Lastly....remember a week or so ago when we discussed Ebay improving thier technical support......I spoke to 4 agents and none of them had a clue

This is still an issue, just had this happen and apparently I'm going to have to reprint one by one.  It would be nice to get this fixed.
