I sometimes have a problem printing on my label printer from our main computer. This never used to be a issue, as I could simply pick up the bulk label confirmation email sent from eBay on my laptop and click on reprint. The pdf came up as one label a page and it was straightforward.
However, the link in the email now leads to a pdf with 4 labels a page, even when you're printing to a 4x6 label. This makes it impossible to use this link to print the labels out, meaning it's a laborious printing one-by-one process.
I know I can just use my laptop to purchase and print labels going forward, but I was wondering if there's a reason for the change in the pdf link sent from eBay or if it's a setting I can change my end. Thanks for any help.
