Can anyone with experience similar to this humor me here? I usually send out usb drives in flatrate Priority Mail envelopes (the biggish ones) and it costs $5.95 on eBay (very light packages). Any guesses on what the price would be if I did it via first class mail using the bubble envelope I usually place inside the Priority Mail one? I'm used to trying to send things first call and USPS telling me it would be cheaper just to use their flat rate stuff but I'd really like to figure out a way to ship it for less since it doesn't need to go expedited. Thanks.

Just be sure that your package meets the criteria for being a package, not a "flat" (AKA Large envelope): Either over 3/4 inch thick; or rigid; or "uneven thickness", which USPS defines as a variation in thickness of more than 1/4 inch.
Here are the online rates that you'd pay for eBay First Class package labels. Retail prices would start at $3.00.

Probably $2.61-$2.77
