I've been reading about sellers that are shorting buyers on the length of the rolls they are buying. I am having a different problem and I wondered if anyone else was. I have always bought the largest bubble size, 1/2", but either the industry definition of 1/2" has changed or the sellers have just decided to send 3/8" instead. This has happened repeatedly with different sellers. Anyone else having this problem? Thanks!

Maybe it’s manufactured in metric.
If it’s a big deal, you always have eBay’s Money Back Guarantee when you receive something not as described.

Typical marketing ploy, round up. Bet they're actually a tad over 3/8". Maybe their die is 1/2" and the wrap shrinks as it cools.

I didn't realize bubble wrap was sold in a 3/8" size. When I check Uline I see 3/16, 5/16 and 1/2"

I guess I misspoke. Were you able to understand the gist of what I was saying...or was it to confusing for you?

Or slightly deflates as it's knocked around in shipping.
I have a reliable supplier, but not every shipment is perfect. Occasionally there's a little bit of deflating action.
