Hello! Two weeks ago I bought a used but in working conditions laptop.
at the beginning the seller was replying my messages on time. Then after I payed, he didn't answer me. The seller took almost a week to ship the item. He didn't update anything regarding to shipping so I wasn't sure he sent the package, I asked for a tracking number and he never replied. I tried to cancel the order but eBay didn't let me so I waited.
the day the laptop arrived it was inside a bubble wrap envelope without any extra wrapping , the screen is broken, it's bend, basically is falling apart.
I opened a case for IND and the seller says he sent it with extra wrapping, and that maybe I drop the laptop ( which is not true) that is weird that it's in that condition since he made sure everything worked before shipping and that he will not accept my refund.
i was replying his messages but he keeps saying the same over and over. I just want to return the laptop, get my money back and buy another one since I really need a laptop.
Do you have any recommendations on what to do, what to reply in order to win this case? ☹️

If you have opened an Item not as described case, and Included these pictures, seller would be responsible to send you a return shipping label. I would stop all contact with seller because it's clear they don't want to help you. Good Luck to you.

After 3 business days, ask eBay to step in and you'll get your refund (and probably get to keep the laptop). Don't waste your time trying to communicate with the seller anymore if they are unresponsive. You don't have to prove anything to anybody with a SNAD case on eBay.

Thank you so much to both of you for taking the time to reply ! I will ask eBay to step in and hope for the best 🙂 I was worried that he might win the case because he keeps trying to blame me >_<'
