I bought a switch game

The description said new sealed 

But when i received it 

Its not sealed and the case is cracked 

I contacted the seller but i didnt get a reply

So i put in a request for a refund but all i really want is enough to buy a new case for it because this is a gift for someone

That's not how it works, you return for refund

The seller said it was new and sealed yet it wasn't, therefore you need to file a item is not as described and get a full refund. Or, you can negotiate with the seller and perhaps ask for a partial refund for the unsealed/cracked case but I'm not sure if it's possible now since you already opened a case.
