Bought a QR code for shipping, but instead received a "bulk shipping label"

Title. I payed for a shipping label and selected to  have it sent as a QR code. Instead of a QR code, however, I was sent an email thanking me for buying a "bulk shipping label," and a link that takes me to a page to view my "bulk shipping labels" but it says I don't have any? And no QR code anywhere in sight. I voided the label, bought another one, same deal. Voided that one too. None of my previous shipping label purchases have had this happen, and I would like to know how to prevent this from happening before I get another label bought.

Don't buy bulk labels. I know this is very inconvenient, but for some reason Ebay doesn't add QR feature to bulk labels according to my experience and knowledge.

There is no QR code option for bulk shipping labels.

Realized that too late, thought bulk shipping labels would have extra discount, but no, now I have to print my own label, extra work for me. So frustrated.

It's about time Ebay sorted this out - I don't have a printer and rely on QR codes.  This is a major inconvenience for me.
