Bluecare express

Ordered an item. expected delivery was 10 days later on May 5th. Waited for a few days after May 5th to dispute. a few minutes after I disputed, the tracking updates to delivered on April 26th. And ebay sides with the seller. ebay is a hive of scammers from what i have found.

Re: Bluecare express

As long as the sellers tracking shows that it was dropped off on time and scanned, the seller has an additional 10 days (maybe 8?) for the item to actually be delivered before ebay closes the case and sides with the buyer. Super frustrating for buyers, definitely, but also frustrating for sellers who are at the post office's mercy. Delayed delivery doesn't necessarily mean the seller is a scammer, however, if theres no acceptance scan on the package then that may actually be the case. Goodluck.

Re: Bluecare express

As for it showing delivered and it not, I would try to get ahold of the post office. Make sure you use their site for tracking, it should show more updates than ebay does. The buyer will always win the case if tracking shows delivered and Ebay will not be of much help. Check with neighbors, roomates, etc and hope that it turns up.

Sorry for your unfortunate experience, I promise we're not all bad!

Re: Bluecare express

Same thing just happened to me.  Tracking # showed nothing useful then was magically  updated when I filed a claim. ebay sided with the seller for fudging a tracking #. Seller is a drop shipper and uses bluecare. Seller was "is.aotoparts". Buyers beware.

Re: Bluecare express

This is about bluecare express. Post office has nothing to do with it.  If you don't know what bluecare express is you may want to look it up. Basically people driving around tossing packages here and there.
