So I had an item saved on my wish list on Amazon, a set of Ratchet Wrenches (24 pc set). I went to go buy them one day and they were gone.. the page had been changed to just 1 wrench. Dang, I really wanted them.
So, I then went on eBay to try and find someone that had that item for sale, found it and ordered it. They shipped it through Bluecare and gave me a tracking number
2 days Later I receive a small envelope from Amazon with just the 1 wrench.. I was confused, wondering if I accidently ordered that item off of Amazon by mistake since it was what my wish list was pointing to. I could not find the order on my account, called them.. they could not find it... eventually told me to keep it.
So now the person I bought the 24pc set on eBay says it was delivered.. I keep telling him it wasn't. Until, I realize what happened. THEY are the ones that ordered that 1 wrench. I ordered the 24pc set from them and all they did was go out and order the product number they had on their system from Amazon, but it was no longer a 24pc set, it was 1 wrench. They ordered it on Amazon and shipped directly to me. (using Bluecare as a "carrier")
So now I have the wrong item... 1 wrench instead of a 24pc set. They won't budge.. I have no idea what to do..

Click Return this item, then click SHOW MORE. Select Wrong item sent, type a short comment, then Submit.
And don't you budge either @croman55372 just wait in silence for 3 business days, then come back to click Ask eBay to step in, to get your refund, or a free return label to get your refund after the wrong item is returned.
