Bluecare Express

Had my first Buyer experience with BlueCare Express … Had never heard of this shipper until I recently ordered two items from two different sellers who added BlueCare Express shipping details a few days after purchase. It appears as though this the shipping approach/service used by eBay sellers who drop-ship products via Amazon. The items were delivered to our front door in Amazon-labelled packages by a nondescript delivery person - not USPS, not FedEx, not UPS.

Having read some eBayer descriptions of BlueCare Express as a SCAM delivery service, I was concerned about receiving my purchases, but both orders were delivered as advertised.

Re: Bluecare Express

A scam is an easy phrase to use for some (not you @sonip ).   I had an item delivered by the same service back in January.  I purchased that Saturday or maybe Friday evening/night and the delivery service was Bluecare Express.  I kept an eye on the tracking and it stated that it would be delivered on Sunday, and I was like, 'yeah right."  It made a liar out of me because I almost tripped over it when I was taking out the recycled for the next day.

Mostly anything that is new, could be a scam, however, in Bluecare Express, IMHO, is not.

LOL, I need more coffee. I read that as Bluehair Express. Got a visual of little old ladies delivering stuff.

Re: Bluecare Express

It's not quite a scam but it's not fully legitimate either.

After being weirded out by seeing Bluecare Express as the delivery service on an order a while back and noticing their website lacks all the information you'd expect from this kind of company, I decided to do some digging.

I found out Bluecare isn't a shipping company at all. It's a service/app dropshippers are using to convert amazon logistics tracking numbers to something eBay and Paypal will acknowledge. While in many cases you'll probably get what you ordered, it doesn't seem right to be touting what's basically a software company as a shipping one and in some cases these sellers could  be violating eBay policies.

Amazon's shipping can be pretty shoddy on it's own but the patterns of neg reviews for Bluecare make me concerned that there are vulnerabilities in their service that are allowing at least some scammers to possibly create multiple BE tracking numbers from a single AMZ shipment or fake info entirely.

It also seems if you're unfortunate enough to have tracking info that says "item delivered" and your package is no where to be found, the sellers and BE aren't willing or equipped to deal with it. And since the tracking looks good on eBay's end you're gonna struggle to get them to side with the buyer on anything too.

I personally haven't had a problem with it yet, but I get apprehensive every time I see Bluecare Express on an order.

Re: Bluecare Express

Same with me. Tracking showed this company and I looked them up. A lot of bad reviews and parts of the tracking made no sense. I got my item very fast, no problems at all.
