Very new to selling on here. How do you find the best shipping method these days? What shipments have always  active tracking numbers?

It depends on what your selling, the buyers location, and the weight . 

Since you're in Sri-Lanka I have no idea what type of shipping you have available there.

Everything depends on the shipping point & the general location of your buyers. If you're iun the USA, then the USPS, UPS, or FedEX. If you're from overseas, then contact a local logistics company to inquire about the best shipping options.

With the government of Sri Lanka being overthrown and riots taking place over food and fuel shortages, I'm not sure how much I'd rely on the Sri Lankan postal system to actually provide what they offer.

I do mostly sports cards and non sports cards and gaming cards I've always had really good luck with the eBay standard  Envelope until now. Everything else I use 1st class mail or medium mail.
