BULK SHIPPING ERRORS.

Hi,

Last couple of days i've been getting errors when I try to print more than on label at a time. It don't load and says very quickly as soon as I try to pay

Sorry, something went wrong.

Anyone having this problem or know what I can do to fix it?

I have the same problem...Bulk Label Printing Error 😞

I have 2 international shipments going to Canada at same address and they need to have the customs form filled out.   After combining the shipments and clicking on review purchase I get the error.

I am having the same exact issue and it is very frustrating, have not found a fix for it yet and there is nothing helpful on the customer service site.

I called ebay and went thru the error with the customer support agent.  They said to try again in 24 - 72 hrs and that they are working on it...

it's happening with me on the envelope letters. Hopefully they will fix it, wasting a ton of paper and time consuming. Please fix.

I was able to combine shipments and print a label using USPS first class international shipping.  When I tried same thing using ebay Standard international delivery I got the bulk shipping error so must be something related to the ebay standard shipping.

Yes, I've been getting that same error intermittently for a week. The same thing happened back in July for a while.

eBay has an open tech ticket on this because of so many complaints. When the error comes up, make sure you go to this page and use the reprint option. I'm finding that labels are created despite the error message, so the last thing you want is to purchase duplicate labels.
